Founded in 1990 in the municipality of Gramado, in the heart of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, Sierra Móveis was born from a simple conviction: that furniture can transform not just a space, but a way of life.
Every step taken throughout our history was planned with precision. The unity among those who make Sierra and the cooperation with those who choose it are the foundations of the success that today allows us to be present in more than 14 countries.
What started as a carpentry workshop in southern Brazil is today a global reference in luxury furniture. Not by chance — by obsession with detail, material, and craft.
80,000 m² of artisanal obsession.
Our pieces are designed and manufactured in a carpentry facility of more than 80,000 m² in Gramado, equipped with the most advanced technology in the world for production under the highest standards.
Solid wood — our main raw material — receives special treatment from the moment it arrives at the factory. First air-dried, then in digitally controlled greenhouses for up to 90 days. The result: pieces that withstand any climate, anywhere in the world.

The wood we use today, returns tomorrow.
Sierra only uses wood sourced from reforestation or certified sustainable management. Trees are harvested after 20 years of growth and immediately replaced by new ones — a renewable cycle that does not harm native forests or ecosystems.
In recent years we have worked to have our factories operate with clean, renewable energy. From 2021 to 2023, the reduction in emissions was equivalent to over 540 tonnes of CO₂ — the equivalent of 3,770 trees over 30 years.
All production waste has a certified destination. Wood waste is transformed into eco-timber. Packaging waste is compacted and reused.
